I've managed to extract a sup file using DVDSubEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVDSubEdit) to srt. However it ends up that the srt has an progressive sync issue. Mine say AAC 24000Hz Stereo 768kbps [Audio] in Media Player Classic (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Media-Player-Classic) for my audio files before their muxed into MKV.
